Wild Horse
The
wild horse is considerably sturdier than most domestic horse breeds.
The wild horse ranges from North America to the Atali Mountains of
Mongolia. Its enemies in the wild are man and wolves. It
can become aggressive and is not easy to prey upon. The wild horse
lives up to thirty years. Females give birth to one colt after an
eleven- to twelve-month gestation.
Interbreeding with domestic horses combined with loss of habitat
has nearly wiped out most breeds throughout the world.
