The Tick

The Tick, like The Flea on the West Team, is an overachiever on defense. The two of them are dogged in how they play the game. Any football player—any athlete for that matter—who has been told they can’t achieve something because they lack the physical skills to do so and succeeds in spite of this putdown can identify with The Tick. You cannot help but respect this animal’s determination to win.
