The Boss
One
of the offensive captains of the West Team, the Boss, short on words
but long on action, is a fierce competitor when hiking the warthog
skin. His long, powerful arms and tremendous upper body strength,
combined with explosive reflexes, make him the prototypical center.
Because
of his leadership abilities, The Boss is the glue that keeps the
offensive line under control and playing as a unit. With the unruly
bunch that surrounds him, that is no easy task.
The
only weakness we can see in The Boss is his size. Sometimes he is facing a thousand-pound grizzly or polar bear and
he gets bear-handled a bit. But he is quick to
compensate with superior blocking technique and the occasional chop
block. An animal has to do what it has to do to
survive out there.
