Sammy the Slinging Simian

When it comes to the quarterback position, Sammy is one of the best. With his powerful arm, he can easily throw the ball the length of the field—in the air, mind you. He has excellent accuracy to go along with that power, too. But Sammy’s greatest asset is his ability to adjust on the scamper. He is a master of making something out of nothing. And he has no fear of heading up-field and knocking heads with the largest of defenders. His all-or-nothing style endears him to his teammates, and they embrace him as the team leader because of it.

Sammy can be temperamental. At times this pulls him into a quagmire of self-doubt that can lead to a mistake. Also, due to his short stature, he sometimes has trouble seeing over his linemen; he compensates for this “short”-coming either with a slingshot formation or with rollout passing.
